How do I cancel the order I have placed?
Choose the order you wish to cancel by tapping on the “My Orders” section located beneath the website’s main menu. You can only use the “Cancel” option prior to the shipment of your order. Please email us at if you’re having problems, and we’ll take care of it.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Should there be a payment failure, kindly try again and have the following in mind:
Please verify that the data you entered such as your account information, billing address, and password for Net Banking is accurate and that there was no interruption to your internet connection during the procedure.
Even in the event of a failed payment, all debits to your account are typically refunded to your bank account within ten business days. You can contact us by email at official@kozykloset.in if you need any more explanation.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
We apologise, but at this time there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery of your order. You will hear from us in the future if we begin providing this service and your local pincode is workable.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
No further products can be added to your order once you have verified it and we have approved it. For the other products, a new order must be placed.
Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not displayed, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. Payment options for the products include credit card, debit card, and net banking. Alternatively, you can have the products delivered to a different location (where COD is available).
Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?
Yes, we charge a flat fee of ₹49 for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
How to place an order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can either login to your existing Kozy Kloset account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Following a successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp including your order ID and other details.
You’ll receive another email & SMS/ Whatsapp once your order is delivered out. The only thing left to do is kick back, unwind, and watch your fantastic product or products arrive!
How do I check the status of my order?
- To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the Menu bar on your left hand side of the screen.
- Click on My Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can also simply click on the product from the Order ID to check your order status.
- After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email, SMS and Whatsapp.
- In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
