CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to process and ship your orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Window
You can cancel an order only before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. How to Cancel an Order

- Navigate to Orders: Find the order you wish to cancel.
- Submit a Request: Select the order and follow the prompts to initiate your cancellation request.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Orders
- Full Refund: For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: The refund will be initiated within 15 days of your cancellation request.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- No Refund: If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund will be processed as the payment is collected at the time of delivery.
5. Gift Cards
- No Cancellation: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded.

REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
1. Return Period
You can request a return for any product within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return

- Navigate to Orders: Locate the order that contains the item you wish to return.
- Submit a Request: Choose the item and follow the prompts to initiate your return request.
3. Return Conditions
- Product Return: You can return any item except those in the Accessories category. Accessories are not eligible for return.
- Condition of Product: The product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
4. Return Pickup
- Return Arrangements: We will arrange for a pickup of the returned product through our courier partner. You will receive instructions and details on how to schedule the pickup after you submit your return request.
5. Refund Processing
- Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 days.
- Refund Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6. Gift Cards
Items marked as “Gift Cards” are not eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
7. Gift Items
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Exchange Period

- Accessories: Products in the Accessories category are not eligible for exchange.

5. Condition of Product
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
